Working life ? Shanghai/Scandina : A pilot project in Scandinavian companies settled in Shanghai

Abstract

The centre of the economy is moving eastward, and other players are entering the scene. That is why we now turn our attention to the east, and try to mirror ourselves in the Chinese tradition. There is an urgent need to investigate the similarities and differences and opportunities for mutual learning between the Scandinavian and Chinese tradition. What happens when a Scandinavian and a Chinese tradition of work ? or what we call 'social working life' ? meet?
