Abstract
In Denmark a structural reform of the public sector is implemented in the coming years. An important aim of the reform is to have public institutions to produce and deliver more, better and cheaper public services. In this paper it is discussed how likely it is that the ain of the reform will be fulfilled an how the citizens as voters will respond to the reform.
